Environmental Sustainability

We aim to minimise the negative impact of our activities on the environment and respect associate and client commitments to protecting the planet.

Our efforts are focused on reducing paper, waste and energy consumption – three areas where we feel we can make a big difference.

Some of the ways we will look at reducing our carbon footprint are:

• Paper
  
  • Reduce the amount of pages printed by reading and storing documents online where possible
  • Use sustainable paper for all our printed stationery globally
  • Print documents on both sides of the page.
     
• Waste
  
  • Encourage recycling in our offices
  • Reduce general waste.  
     
• Energy
  
  • Reduce energy consumption
  • Introduce energy saving options where possible
  • Encourage turning off computer and screens at night.

As part of our CSR program, we will run a pilot Environmental Sustainability plan in the UK during FY12. Findings from this pilot will help us formulate our global plans for FY13 and beyond.
