An internship/co-op at Towers Watson will give you valuable real-world experience while you are still a student. You’ll apply your education in an environment that is both intellectually challenging and rewarding. When you complete your internship, you’ll have a greater understanding of what we do and how closely our career offerings match your career ambitions.
The internship program truly gives you a sense of what you will be doing as an entry level Towers Watson associate. You will work alongside leaders and consultants within our industry over the set program time. Summer internship programs are typically 10 weeks and Co-op programs vary. Additionally, every intern/co-op will have an opportunity to participate in our training programs which include:
Your internship will begin with a company orientation where you'll learn about Towers Watson and the benefits and responsibilities of being a Towers Watson associate. The company orientation will be complemented by business specific training that will prepare you for your new role.
You will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of webinars designed to familiarize you with many of the business groups within Towers Watson and prepare you professionally.
You'll develop relationships and make many connections during your time with Towers Watson. To build on those relationships, each local office organizes social activities and events for interns/co-ops to participate in.
Your manager and every other Towers Watson associate is committed to coaching you during your internship/co-op. We encourage all of our interns/co-ops to take initiative, network, and learn from all the talented people we have at Towers Watson.
