Towers Watson has two offices in Dublin. One is located in the city centre on Lower Mount Street, and the other office is located in Sandyford.
Towers Watson's presence in Ireland dates back to the establishment, in 1976, of our Dublin office. Initially focused on Retirement consultancy, the Irish operation grew organically, adding Benefit Administration, Talent and Reward Consulting, Investment Consulting and Risk & Financial Services teams and becoming a full service office by the start of the current century. During the last decade, we have added strength through business combinations - most notably buying the Retirement consulting teams of KPMG and Buck Heissmann, and of course extending our Risk and Financial Services unit through the addition of Towers Perrin's corresponding team last year.
Towers Watson in Ireland now employs 130 staff, making us one of the biggest benefit consultancies in the country. Our team currently includes 90 client-facing consultants in a full range of disciplines, as well as 25 pension administrators and 15 administrative support personnel. We advise many of Ireland's leading companies and organisations including over half of the 20 largest ISEQ-listed companies and one-third of Ireland's 20 largest pension funds. At a European level, we advise more FTSE 100 clients than any of our competitors

Reigate is our largest office globally and, as a result, it manages many of our most significant and prestigious client accounts and projects. The office doesn't just have a Blue Chip client list though, it also takes in the largest number of trainees each year, giving it a true sense of community and a great atmosphere.
The excellent on-site restaurant is always buzzing, allowing you to quickly build networks beyond your direct peer group, especially if you throw yourself into the social and sporting activities that are on offer.
In terms of the town's location, Reigate is, for many people, the perfect compromise. It boasts easy access to the bright lights and attractions of London (a short train journey into London Bridge or Victoria), without the often fraught London commute, whilst offering all the benefits of an attractive market town set in the stunning Surrey countryside. Reigate itself has lots of bars and restaurants offering plenty of opportunities to relax and socialise after a hard day’s work.
Although Reigate offers the option to live within walking distance of the office, you don't have to live in the area as Reigate is also easily commutable from London, Guildford, Reading (….the list goes on!).
