Our 2013 Talent Management and Rewards Study is under way. For 2013, the study is a series of three short surveys, which is a new approach to make it easier to complete the surveys and provide results more quickly.
This ongoing research explores how reward strategies and talent management programs are evolving in order to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment. From our results, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the most current issues and their implications for broader business goals.
