Job Matching Briefing Sessions

Do you need a refresher on how to job match? If you have recently re-organised, have new team members that have not job matched before, are having problems matching some of your jobs, or have not job matched with us for at least three years, then you may wish to attend one of our Job Matching briefing sessions.

Introduction to Job Matching meetings are available free of charge for all RDS survey participants to ensure that we share our job matching methodology and process consistently and to ensure the quality of the survey data.

The sessions will be held in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh, and will provide essential information on the role of survey data, job descriptions and job sizing methodology, an overview of our total compensation methodology, plus an opportunity to discuss specific issues or job roles over lunch with Watson Wyatt consultants and other participants.

We look forward to seeing as many of our survey participants as possible in the forthcoming meetings.
