2012 Job Matching Meetings – Ireland

Do you need a refresher on how to job match? If you have recently re-organised, have new team members that have not job matched before, are having problems matching some of your jobs, or have not job matched with us for at least three years, then you may wish to attend one of our job matching meetings.

Introduction to job matching meetings are available free of charge for all Ireland survey participants to ensure that we share our job matching methodology and process consistently and to ensure the quality of the survey data. We have assigned specific sectors to each meeting so that some focus can be given to the relevant sector survey. 

Each of the sessions will provide the following essential information:

  • The role of survey data, functions/disciplines approach and job sizing methodology
  • Overview of our survey methodology
  • Demonstration of CompSource, our state-of-the-art online delivery tool
  • Opportunity to discuss specific issues or job roles with Towers Watson consultants and other participants.

How to Register

1. Click the “Register Now” button to the top right of your screen.
2. Complete all required fields.
3. Please include any questions or comments you may have in the additional questions/comments box.
4. Enter the verification code then click “Submit”.
5. The confirmation screen will appear and a confirmation e-mail will be forwarded to registered attendee.
6. If you do not receive the confirmation screen please repeat the process.
7. Repeat the registration process submitting a different e-mail address for each attendee.
