I've registered before. Why am I being asked to login again?
There are several possible reasons that you were asked to sign in again, the most likely being that the cookie that stores your e-mail ID
and password was lost or expired. If you've previously registered for our site, and you know your password, to sign in please enter that
information in the top of the form marked LOG IN.
If you are told that an e-mail account for your address already exists, make sure that you have typed your e-mail address correctly.
If you have forgotten your password we can e-mail you your password without re-registering
If your e-mail address is correct, and yet you are still being asked to login again, it might mean that the e-mail address has already been
used to set up an account. Please send an e-mail to contact.us@towerswatson.com describing the problem.

Why am I told that an e-mail account for this address already exists?
If you are trying to create a new account and you are told that an e-mail account for your address already exists, make sure that
you have typed your e-mail address correctly. If you have typed your address correctly, it means that the e-mail address has already
been used to set up an account and you can log in and make changes to your profile as necessary.
You may have previously registered for our site, but have forgotten your password. If this is the case, then select
"Forgot Your Password?" and we can e-mail you your password without re-registering. Click here to go to the password retrieval page.
