Employee Choice, also referred to as Flexible Benefits, addresses the diversity of employees within an organisation by recognising the different lifestyle needs and expectations of the workforce, and offering more choices to employees in terms of the benefits they receive. Recently there has been increased adoption of Employee Choice by leading organisations as a tool to attract and retain key talent through delivering the benefits most valued by employees, while effectively containing future cost increases.
