More than 600 organizations participated in our fifth and most recent Change and Communication ROI Study. Top-level professionals from a broad cross section of industries and countries — in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America — responded to questions aimed at learning how top companies create a clear direction in a complex world.
The 2011 — 2012 Change and Communication ROI Study Report sheds new light on the pivotal role that effective change and communication processes play in global organizations today. This year's findings reveal that the way companies handle employee communication is fundamentally changing, largely due to increased expectations, diversity and globalization, as well as the growth of social media and networking. And organizations with both highly effective communication and change management practices are more than twice as likely to significantly outperform their peers as organizations that are not highly effective in either of these areas.
