Towers Watson EMEA HR Conference 2012

This one-day conference will be led by HR and industry professionals together with Towers Watson consultants. Through case studies from leading companies combined with the latest thinking from Towers Watson you will hear from experts looking at some of the most pressing business issues facing companies today such as balancing cost and risk; getting the most out of your best people; gaining competitive advantage through efficient cross-border benefit provision; and managing health, welfare and benefit programmes globally. We will also address legislative issues and examine the role of HR in transactions.

The theme throughout will be how to drive and deliver performance: we will preview results from key Towers Watson thought leadership studies including the 2012 Employee Global Workforce Study and Talent 2021 – a landmark study conducted in conjunction with Oxford Economics, American Express, Coca-Cola and Starbucks which looks at Future Talent needs.

The Conference will be a mix of plenary and breakout sessions with an emphasis on small, interactive workshops. Sessions will be presented by Towers Watson consultants and our clients – including Astellas, Atos International, GE, IMI, LinkedIn, NBCUniversal, Oriflame, Pernod Ricard, Rentokil Initial, Siemens, Total and Vodafone .
