LONDON, 25 November 2015 – Towers Watson has appointed Duncan Higgs to its delegated investment team following increasing demand for fiduciary management services, most recently from AQA, Shop Direct and the Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund. The company is now one of the world’s largest fiduciary managers and has delegated responsibility for over US$75 billion of assets worldwide.

Duncan has almost ten years of industry experience and joins from Cardano where he was a senior investment consultant working on a range of UK pension schemes varying in size from £150 million to £10 billion in both fiduciary and advisory capacities. Prior to that he worked as an investment consultant at Towers Watson providing investment strategy and implementation advice to a range of pensions funds. Duncan is a CFA charter holder and has a MSc from Durham University.
