I've registered before. Why am I being asked to log in again?

There are several possible reasons why you were asked to sign in again. The most likely reason is that the cookie that stores your email address and password expired or was lost. If you've previously registered for our site and you know your password, click the login link at top right to sign in.

If you’re told that an email account for your address already exists, make sure you’ve typed your email address correctly. If you’ve forgotten your password, we can email it to you; you don’t need to reregister.

If you’re entering the correct email address and are still being asked to log in again, it’s possible that the email address has already been used to set up an account. In that case, please let us know by emailing us at webmaster@towerswatson.com. Back to Top

I've forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it without reregistering. Please go to the Forgot My Password page. Back to Top
