Towers Watson and the National Business Group on Health (NBGH) released their annual survey on health care benefits on March 6. The survey results show that large employers are experiencing the smallest total cost increases in the last 15 years. The survey of nearly 600 employers also shows that employees, spouses and dependents are shouldering more of the costs in the form of higher premiums, surcharges and other cost-sharing provisions.
